BOARD ELECTION RESULTS
Congratulations to our newly elected Board Members: DON HICKS and BOB SPRUIELL
On Wednesday, April 4, 2012 a Special Board Meeting was called at 4:00 p.m. for the purpose of replacing Paul Graebke who resigned on March 29, 2012. At this time there was a nomination from the Board to appoint Bob Spruiell. There were no additional nominations. All Board members in attendance voted in favor of the nomination. Therefore, effective April 4, 2012, Bob Spruiell has been appointed as our seventh Board member. In addition, he has been appointed as Board Liaison to the Food & Beverage Committee. Congratulations, Bob on behalf of the Board and Management. We look forward to working with you. Thank you to Paul Graebke for his years of service to the Cottonwood Palo Verde community.
