The association provides 24-hour patrol service. The patrol dispatcher and the business office are located at the guard gate at Alma School Road and Michigan Avenue.

VEHICLE DECALS

Decals for cars and golf carts are issued Monday through Friday at the Michigan Gate from 6:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Weekends are by appointment only.

BRING THE VEHICLE REGISTRATION FOR YOUR VEHICLE, HOMEOWNER CARD AND THE VEHICLE TO BE REGISTERED.

VACATION WATCH PROGRAM

The Association has a program where homes are periodically checked by the Patrol, based on Vacation Watch Forms that are turned in to Homeowner Services or at one of the guard gates. We have also included for your convenience, a form that can be completed here on our website (see link to the left).

The form should list a caretaker or person that has access to your home in case of an emergency such as a water leak within the home or in the landscaped areas. There have been instances where Patrol was unable to contact the homeowner and subsequently water damage occurred that could have been prevented. Patrol often finds leaks in irrigation systems.

Please complete a Vacation Watch form if you are leaving for an extended period of time. It takes only a few minutes and could save you a lot of money!

HOMEOWNER CARDS

Homeowner cards are provided to all homeowners of record (2 per household) for the sole purpose of identifying them as members of the Association. They should be carried at all times to present when requested by both the Patrol and Food and Beverage staff to verify the person's entitlement to use our facilities. Please carry them with you and be proud to present them when asked to do so. These are YOUR facilities and amenities! Please do your part to ensure that only homeowners. GUEST CARDS can be issued to your guests and only the homeowner can request these at Homeowner Services.

• Emergency assistance from Sun Lakes Fire and
  Medical Departments
  
• Enforcement of RV parking policies
  
• Enforcement of SLHOA#2 rules, regulations, CC and R's and deed restrictions
  
• Vacation watch including periodic inspections during homeowner absence ( Note: Forms are available at Homeowner Services or download from link on this page.)
  
• Jump starts for disabled autos
  
• Patrol of all facilities

IMPORTANT!! To report suspicious activity or a crime in progress, dial 911 prior to calling Patrol.

PETS

Dogs, cats and other animals MUST BE KEPT ON A LEASH when not confined to the owner's lot or property. No owner shall permit his or her dog, cat or other animal to create unsanitary conditions anywhere on common properties.

Pets are not allowed on the Golf Courses.

For your pet's protection, have them licensed. You may contact Maricopa County Animal Control at 602-506-7387 for complete information about licensing.
