PALO VERDE HOMEOWNERS

FROM THE PALO VERDE ROAD

MANAGEMENT, INC.

Roadwork on Palo Verde streets will commence on Tuesday, May 29, 2012 and last through Friday, June 1. One half of the roads will be done at a time and the total job will take five days to complete. A type 2 modified rubber slurry seal will be applied on the following streets:

Michigan to Ribbonwood

Ribbonwood to Navajo

Navajo to Flame Tree

Flame Tree to Spring Creek

Spring Creek to Michigan

San Tan Gate to Flame Tree

Homeowners will be notified 48 hours in advance by door hangers placed on the front door when the work will start in your area. Follow the instructions on the door hangers for your vehicle(s) and make sure visitors, workers, deliveries, etc. that may come to your house follow the instructions also.

REMEMBER: stay off the new surface until the cones have been removed! This will assure that we get the best possible application and the homeowners will not have a mess to clean up in their driveway.
