No more than four (4) individuals shall be in any golf group at any time, and any tee time made on Chelsea will require that green fees be paid. The ONLY exception to this rule is the special events sponsored by the Palo Verde or Cottonwood men's and women's golf clubs, the Cottonwood Lady Niners, or events sponsored by the Golf Shops. No more than two (2) carts shall be used at any time.
