Verde Homeowners. The proration is on a daily basis from the date the membership is purchased to the end of the golf calendar year.

Other than for a new homeowner, annual memberships will NOT be prorated or refunded for any reason other than death of the member or the sale of the property with the member relocating outside of the greater Sun Lakes Community. A member moving from Cottonwood or Palo Verde to either Sun Lakes Country Club or IronOaks will NOT be given a refund of any kind.

The sale or transfer of annual golfing memberships is strictly prohibited. Should a member become injured or ill, NO proration or refund shall be allowed nor will credit be given for any subsequent year.
