Residents and committee members are reminded that staff report directly to the General Manager and should not be instructed on how to perform their duties |
Reckless vehicle/golf cart operation, property damage, weapons on Association grounds, and excessive intoxication are not tolerated |
Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside all buildings and recreational spaces (tennis, pickleball, pools, and dining areas) |
Violations
Violations of the Code of Conduct may result in disciplinary action, including monetary fines and the immediate suspension of membership privileges
